Good for its function, March 11, 2012 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Confidence GTR Power Pro Motorized Electric Treadmill with adjustable incline (Misc.) This is my 3rd treadmill over the years, so I'm familiar with the competition. Treadmills in this class will last 2-5 years if you are lucky, and I understood that when purchasing it. I selected this one because of the price, and because it is only 62 pounds - easy to move around. My prior treadmills were around 200 pounds, and I will tell you that is a problem sometimes. This one arrived in tact, and most of it was already together. Mainly just have to connect the arms and display to the body. The instructions are not accurate, but I was able to just look at it to make sure I was doing the right thing. It really was pretty easy, and I am not a mechanically inclined kind of guy. Be aware that you will end up with a screw that is not used and so forth; the instructions are not perfect and were probably written for a prior model. My only warning (not really a complaint) is that the treadmill measures in Kilometers and not miles. I'll have to figure out how many miles = how many... Read more

The quality of the machine is average. Just what I was expecting for the 300 or so price point it was at when I purchased it. I am using it as a doggie treadmill for my energetic pup. I use it too sometimes and have been pleased with its performance. I use it mostly for walking but you could jog on it. When jogging, the upper monitor and handles part shake from side to side but if you tend to run with your arms holding the bars, this wont be a problem. I like that you can control the speed in the main control panel or from buttons in the grip bars. You can also change your speed and turn it on/off from the grips. It also includes a safety clip to attach to your clothes. It turns the machine off if its pulled. My only issue was with packaging, some of the plastic frame on the sides of the belt came cracked. Seems to only be a cosmetic issue but no one wants to have to return such a large product because it arrived broken. I decided to keep mine as is and hope it doesnt affect long... Read more

The machine I bought from AMAZON is very comfortable for usage home : no noise and doesn't take a lot of room.
In its class it has many programs and doesn't need any special KNOLEDGEMENT TO USE IT SUCCESSFULLY.
The best price on the internet and being an orthopedic surgeon MD (84 yo) i recomend this machine to women and men beginning from 18 until late 80th/ You can used it any time convenient to you regardless of the weather outside,and you save a lot of money : it cost you $1.0 a day first year and after that you use it for free.
